Energy efficient lamps lights up football for community

Cape Town’s Sports, Recreation and Amenities Department contracted Maritz Electrical to conceptualise and design the illumination of synthetic soccer turf installations, at various community sports grounds in Cape Town, to a lighting (lux) level of 150lux. The total investment in the project was just shy of R10 million proving that the City is committed to the upliftment of its people.
