NOW HIRING: HR Administrator
Location: Epping, Western Cape | Full-Time | Electrical Industry
Experience: 2–3 years in HR | Reports to: HR Manager
Are you a dynamic HR Administrator with a passion for training and development? Join a leading electrical company where you’ll help power up people and performance!
Duties:
- Facilitate, Coordinate and administer internal & external training programs
- Keep employee training records up to date and audit-ready
- Responsible for supporting WSP/ATR submissions and SETA-related processes
- Responsible for onboarding and induction training
- Provide support for disciplinary processes and hearings
- Jump in on ad hoc HR tasks – no two days are the same!
- Sound knowledge of BCEA, Labour Legislations.
Requirements:
- HR Diploma/Degree
- ETDP SETA-accredited Facilitator Certificate
- 2–3 years’ HR admin experience (advantageous if in technical/trade environment)
- Solid Excel and communication skills
- Exposure to SETA/WSP submissions & IR processes = a big plus!
