NOW HIRING: HR Administrator
Location:
Epping, Western Cape  |  Full-Time  |  Electrical Industry
Experience:
2–3 years in HR  |  Reports to: HR Manager

Are you a dynamic HR Administrator with a passion for training and development? Join a leading electrical company where you’ll help power up people and performance! 

Duties:

  • Facilitate, Coordinate and administer internal & external training programs
  • Keep employee training records up to date and audit-ready
  • Responsible for supporting WSP/ATR submissions and SETA-related processes
  • Responsible for onboarding and induction training
  • Provide support for disciplinary processes and hearings
  • Jump in on ad hoc HR tasks – no two days are the same!
  • Sound knowledge of BCEA, Labour Legislations.

Requirements:

  • HR Diploma/Degree
  • ETDP SETA-accredited Facilitator Certificate
  • 2–3 years’ HR admin experience (advantageous if in technical/trade environment)
  • Solid Excel and communication skills
  • Exposure to SETA/WSP submissions & IR processes = a big plus!
  • A team player who gets things done!
