We’re looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team!
What you’ll do:
- Prepare and manage project cost estimates, budgets, and financial forecasts.
- Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare bills of quantities for electrical installations and materials.
- Evaluate tenders, quotations, and subcontractor claims.
- Administer contracts and ensure compliance with relevant terms and conditions.
- Prepare progress valuations, variation orders, and final accounts.
- Support project teams with cost reporting, cash flow management, and profitability tracking.
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and clients to ensure alignment on scope, cost, and timelines.
- Conduct site visits for measurement verification and cost assessments.
- Support procurement planning and material cost optimization.
- Ensure accurate and timely project reporting and documentation.
- Management of Junior
What you’ll need:
- Matric Certificate
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma/Btech in QS
- Min 5 – 10 years’ QS experience

- Trade Test & Wireman’s License (3 Phase Installation Electrician)
- 5+ years’ experience in electrical installations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

- Minimum 5 Years Estimating experience
- Experience in pricing MV/HV projects (Advantageous)
- Estimating/QS experience in construction projects (Advantageous)
- Valid Code B or Higher Drivers License
KPA’S:
- Project Estimation Accuracy – Provide accurate and reliable tender cost estimates for projects.
- Stakeholder Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders.
- Tender Administration – Management and administration of the tendering process for projects.
- Team Management – Assisting in leading and developing a high performing procurement team.
